Spotless place & very polite stuff on our request. Marvellous location with shops that are open until late downstairs and easy access to a market and a bakery. Lots of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Private parking nearby provided. No charge for concierge service and wake up calls too. Honestly no reason to complain.

spotless hotel, services were excellent and location was great straight on the river bank. the staff was very polite and made me feel at home. location: the property was really close to shops that are open until late downstairs, winding alleys, a famous and signature feature of old city, and main attractions.
